ARTICLE 7: Reception of persons with reduced mobility
Unfortunately the Hotel Le Chantilly is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The establishment has a prefectoral exemption due to the architectural constraints of the building.
ARTICLE 8: Pets
Hotel Le Chantilly welcomes your companion with pleasure without extra charge. However, it remains strictly forbidden to leave the animal alone in the room, if necessary, the animal would be considered abandoned. The Hotel Le Chantilly reserves the right, in case of subscription, to contact the police forces to rescue the animal.
ARTICLE 9: Booking conditions and rates
TOURIST TAX: The applicable tourist tax is not included in the posted rate payable at the time of departure: 0.90 euros/ adult/ night, free for children (-18 years).
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE CONDITIONS: The reservation is not cancellable, refundable, modifiable or transferable, whatever the events or circumstances. The total amount of the reservation (including extras) will be charged by the property immediately after booking. No modification of the date of stay or any refund can be made.
In case of «No Show» (no show without cancellation) or cancellation, a penalty of the total amount of the reservation will be due without possibility of refund.

CONDITIONS REFUNDABLE RATE: The customer can cancel his reservation without penalty up to 2 days before the day of arrival (00h). In case of non-compliance with the above cancellation conditions, a “late cancellation” penalty of the amount of the first night will be due. In case of «No Show» (no show without cancellation) a «No Show» penalty of the total amount of the reservation will be due.
INFORMATION:
Check-in: 14h Check-out: 12h, in case of non-compliance with the departure time a one night penalty may be applied.
By confirming your reservation, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of sale.
ARTICLE 10: Prohibition of smoking
Hotel Le Chantilly is a completely non-smoking establishment. Hotel Le Chantilly may request financial compensation from guests who do not respect this prohibition in addition to the fine defined by law.
Smoking in a place for collective use outside the place reserved for this purpose is punished by a fine of up to 450€.
Vaping in a place for collective use is punishable by a fine of up to €150.
